WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CAPACITERIA?

As an employee of both an NGO and a philanthropy during that period I came across or have been made aware of *A LOT * of useful capacity resources. I just wished there was some easy place to find them all with some system of peer rating and review… and that’s how Capaciteria was born….
