Who turns the water on and off?
We have had a long-standing agreement with Bill Arnold to turn the water off on Columbus Day (around October 10) or whenever he hears about a freeze coming on. We don’t really have an agreement on turning the water on, so it is sort of left to the first one coming up in the summer. The safe thing is to contact Bill whenever you are the first or the last one of the year and ask about water.
