In her lifetime, Jane Austen wrote Pride and Prejudice, Sense and Sensibility, Mansfield Park, Emma, Persuasion, and Northanger Abbey. She had three unfinished works and a few shorter collections. Emma and Mansfield Park were published posthumously. Sense and Sensibility has been made into two movie versions, a PBS miniseries, and a BBC television show. Pride and Prejudice was made into a major motion picture.
