How to use Pimat?
Place the Pimat under the sheets or underblanket at the level of the lower back between waist and base of spine. As long as the red dots are facing upwards, it doesn’t matter which way round you place it. It is made from a high quality cotton and non-toxic food dye which are completely safe. You can place it under an underblanket or matters cover, or you can sew it to the mattress using white thread only, or you can sellotape it in place. Pimat can be used under any material, as long a it is less than 25 cm thick.
