What are the MCAT test?
It is similiar to the ACT / SAT in that it is a determinant as to whether you will be accepted within a particular school based upon the required score. Just like the ACT / SAT gauges if you will likely succeed in getting a college degree if you obtain a particular score or higher the same applies to the MCAT in regard to medical school. In regard to your last question – I think you should start to take the MCAT in your junior or senior year of college. Realize this will cost you money ($210.00) – secondly this test is about 5 hours in duration (seat time). Those that I know who took the exam – did it more than once.
