Doxygen overview Doxygen is available on most linux machines, in particular inferno. It require a ‘Doxyfile’ to run. Doxyfile is similar to a Makefile – it tells doxygen where to look for files, what to do, and other special customizations. For now, the “official” Uintah exists in Uintah/doc/Other/Doxyfile. You are welcome to copy it, change the parameters to what suits you, and run doxygen on your own tree.
