How to water yucca cane plants?

0

Yucca cane plant requires more water than ground plants, especially in the hot season. There are a lot of varieties of soil, pots and species so it is difficult to conclude how often to water plants in pots. The best way to do that is to check soil: it needs to be dry almost to the bottom of the container before watering. Irrigate abundantly, until it drains out the pot. In warm and hot summer, watering once or twice a week is more than enough. When temperature is 70°F or below, irrigate yucca cane plants once every 2-3 weeks. Be careful with overwatering – they don’t like that and react by changing leaves into pale brown color.
