What is a good abs workout?
A good abs exercise is any that works all the different parts of your abdominals – upper abs, lower abs and obliques. Crunches are the most common form of ab exercise, in which you lie on the floor and lift your shoulders and head off the ground, while contracting your abs. Lift your feet off the ground to exercise your lower abs as well. Most people do about 2- 3 sets of 20 – 40 crunches. The key is to do enough so that you feel fatigued, but not in pain.
