C.O.D. does not have on-campus housing. Student Activities maintains a housing board outside of their office, SRC 1800. The housing board is a place for students and area residents to post information on rooms/apartments for rent or roommates wanted. You may e-mail phillip3@cod.edu to request a copy of the current housing board postings to be e-mailed to you as an Excel file. Housing is available on a first come first served basis in Gorham during the summer. Visit the Residential Student Services site for complete details.

Yes. First-year housing is available in the Residence Hall for up to 182 first-year students, or 73% of the class. Preference is given to freshmen who live outside of a 50-mile radius of the College. Rabe Hall, also on campus, offers studios and apartments for upper classmen.
