You do have a good chance but your odds of conceiving depend on a number of factors other than your age and tubes. Age is a big plus, but your success also depends on how you respond to the fertility medications, your FSH, how many of your eggs are retrieved and fertilized as well as their quality. Your clinics success rate and past pregnancies should be taken into consideration as well. I just have to say these things because, though you have a great shot, it is not 100% guaranteed that it will work the first time. It could work the first time but it could take one or more tries. Sometimes IVF #1 is a bit of trial and error seeing how you respond. Know that though many women go through IVF have issues such as blocked tubes or other disadvantages, many women have no known issues yet still have difficulty.
