Is Tamiflu yet another Labour con?
Yes, another mistake by the bumbling PM.The system in place is clearly open to abuse as it is easy to go on the Swine flu website ,enter false details and then be given a number to go and get Tamiflu. So thousands of people who don’t actually have swineflu are able to get their hands on this drug and either store it in the cupboard and take it on holiday just in case.Brown is just appeasing the type of people who love to go to the drs and get a prescription in their hands. Like you say all this money would have been better spent getting a vaccine produced quicker and giving it to all the population asap.They knew that swine ful was imminent many months ago and should have started arranging for the vaccine way back then.The gov.say it is putting its trust in the general public to be sensible with regards to getting tamiflu and not abusing the situation….yeah and pigs might fly ….We are the only country who has the tamiflu “free for all” ….says it all really.
