lots of protein and lots of cardio, Although swimming is great exercise if you are only swimming 3 times a week for 30 minutes and that is the only form of exercise you are getting then its not enough. Instead of running 3 miles every other day try running a mile and a half every day and doing at the minimum 100 sit-ups in the morning and at night. On top of that simple routine just watch what you are eating, chips tend to cause belly fat so stay away, and lots of water, if you drink soda you might want to stop as well. Hope i was helpful!
