That’s exactly what we asked. We knew that Earthlink was the number one rated and largest independent Internet Service Provider (ISP) in the US. What we didn’t know was that the same Earthlink that won the JD Powers award for customer satisfaction is also a wireless MVNO riding on the two largest CDMA networks in the country.
