Can the tonic be frozen?

We cannot guarantee the quality if you freeze the tonic, although the active ingredients will not be changed. If you still want to do this, I would suggest you measure out 10 mls, and pour this into one section of a plastic ice cube tray. Fill each section with the same amount, freeze and then store the cubes in a glass container in the freezer. This will give you portion sized ice cubes that can be added to juice etc when you take it.
