Is caladium annual or perrenal?

0

Calladium is an annual in your area. When the plants have died back, carefully dig up the corms, brush all of the dirt off and snip off any root material. Put the corms in a mesh bag like what your onions come in and hang in a cool dry place. Leaving the corms in the ground can lead to underground creatures feeding on them and those won’t come back up in the Spring. Once the ground temp is around 75 degrees daily and there is no more danger of frost, plant the corms in a semi sunny area, about two inches deep and don’t water unless there is no rainfall, and then only lightly. You don’t want them to get ground rot.
