Career Step provides many services to students and graduates. Complete student and technical support is provided via E-mail, fax, or toll free phone. Students have access to experienced medical transcriptionists and/or medical coders who can answer questions and help focus their learning. Students have access to online discussion groups. Support services continue to be available after graduation.
