WHY CREATE THE OSIRIS MYTH?
In order to protect and safeguard these truths of the Creator and Creation the ancients immortalized them within stories which often go by the name of “myths.” These myths were not to be understood as liberal but yet the truths that they conveyed were literal. Understand the these mythos were but metaphors and similes that recorded for all time what the ancients understood not only about the Cosmos which was a picture of the Creator to them but protected for all time this sacred and Divine knowledge and safeguarded for all time the very nature and characteristics of the Creator Himself. As long as these myths were understood as allegories only then we have no problem but when these allegories and metaphors would later become and understood as if they were literal then we lapse into idolatry and blasphemy.
