What does a tick bite look like?
It looks tiny, just like the picture on the left. Tick bites are more common during spring and summer. They seldom lead to serious problems but some ticks may transmit organisms which could lead to illnesses, such as tick bite fever. Indeed, tick bites are just as irritating as Flea Bites and as they can cause excessive scratching which often leads to more serious infections. They are usually painless and so small that many people may be unaware that they have been bitten.
