How are the ministries governed?
Gracewood, Miracle Farm, STARRY and Texas Baptist Children’s Home each have Executive Directors responsible for day-to-day operations and outside Boards of Trustees who establish policy, provide oversight and offer an external perspective. The President/Chief Executive Officer of Children At Heart Ministries reports to a Board of Trustees whose membership includes representatives from each of the ministry boards and other individuals. The Children At Heart Foundation also has a Board of Trustees, with day-to-day management provided by the Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.
