Sounds easy, what’s the catch?
You’ll need Jeuno based fame. Fame for Jeuno is calculated on the strength of a combination of quests (not missions) completed in each of the other three city states and quests in Jeuno itself (Like the Chocobo quest). Although there is no exact number of completed quests anyone can agree on the estimate currently runs at around 40-50 total completed quests before you can pick this quest up.
