Why do people form teams?
Teams are often formed to walk in honor or in memory of a friend or family member. Some Childrens Hospital staffers form teams by department. For corporations, its a great way to build morale and develop camaraderie outside the office while supporting childrens health. In addition, the fun and excitement that build up around such team activity can actually result in raising a higher total.
