Who are VCA?
VCA Ltd (Vallance Coaching and Assessment) has been supporting the UK Fire & Rescue Service in the field of Assessment & Development for the last 7 years. Corporate Support Services VCA provides support services to the UK FRS for implementation of the National ADC Toolkit. We continue to provide services to a wide range of UK Fire & Rescue Services, which include; • Assessor training; • Quality assurance; • ADC 1 (ITOP) marking; • Developmental feedback report generation; • Performance coaching; • Assessing written exercises. • Candidate assessment from Supervisory Managers through to Chief Fire Officers, uniformed and support staff roles. • Training National FireFighter Selection Interviewers • Training Assessment Centre Assessors from Watch Managers to Chief Fire Officers, local Councillors and support staff managers.
