Simply complete the Customer Information form and Service Agreement(s) and indicate you are part of a team. Include the team name on the line provided and list additional names and emails. Only 2 first names will be printed and hand signed on the card. Additional names can be added at a cost of $0.10 per name per card. The Team name will be printed on the card at no additional cost. Only 2 business cards will be included in the greeting card. Additional cards can be added for $0.05 per card.
