How can I improve compatibility between my aromatic diisocyanate prepolymer chain extended with an EO capped ppg polyether and Vycel U?

Compatibility can be signficantly improved by the incorporation of a small amount of an ethoxylated nonylphenol with approximately 10 ethoxy units. This non-ionic surfactant is particularly effective at improving compatibility of Vycel U with most di and some tri functional polyols. We recommend anywhere from 2-5 pphr based on the weight of the diisocyanate.
