3) Project Roles Assignment including also detailed TOR in the tools section. These TOR describe in more details the responsibilities for each role as defined in the Results Management Guide. We have preferred not to assign these training modules to UNDP job titles, as the responsibilities may vary from one office to another, depending on the size of the office, among other things. There is also a variety of functional titles at the CO level (Unit Chief, Cluster Team Lead, Section Chief, portfolio coordinator….), therefore, using standard roles and responsibilities brings more clarity.
