Where can u get icy blue hair dye?
Everything unnatural is going to cost about $10 for a bottle, but it is reusable. I would highly recommend Special Effects hair dye which can be found at any alternative clothing store that also sells jewelry/cosmetics/hair dye, like Hot Topic. It’s available online as well. Punky Color and Manic Panic are two other options, but the Special Effects last the longest and is the most vibrant that I’ve come across. Also, if you have naturally dark hair you will HAVE to bleach it to get the bright colors. Try a 40 Bleach kit (the places that sell the colored hair dye will have them in 30 or 40. 40 is stronger) and just keep an eye on it as it bleaches (you don’t want to fry your hair too badly). To get the color to really adhere, make sure your hair is completely dry before applying color (so don’t shower beforehand) and when you rinse it out, don’t use any shampoo.
