What is “jurisdiksa”?

Actually we formed this term in April 2000 to explain racism of the spiritual realm. It is derived from the word “jurisdiction” and according to an edition of Merriam-Webster Dictionary, it is defined as ‘…the power, right, or authority to interpret and apply the law …the authority of a sovereign power … the limits or territory within which authority may be extended….’ In the word “jurisdiksa” there is a sanskrit word “…diksa….” According to sanskrit the word “Diksa” means the relationship of a spiritual seeker with a spiritual guru, who is coming in disciplic succession for humanity. In other words the spiritual guru has a bonafide “jurisdiction” to spiritually serve and is so doing through disciples — hence the word “jurisDiksa.
