How does the Council manage Equality and Diversity?
Providing services for everyone across the borough and employing lots of local people means that we have both a legal and moral obligation to promote and demonstrate good practice in Equality and Diversity. We take this role very seriously and have an equality and diversity framework which states how we need to act in our role as a service provider and as an employer.
