Is a downloadable software, usually a .exe file that gets installed in our PC. Once you download the software, you can register your PIN and start making calls. To make calls just enter your destination number in the box provided and click on Dial. In order to enhance the call quality, it is highly recommended that you either use a headset or a USB Phone. Please remember that you need Internet connection prior to making calls.
