What does Lapsey Craft do?
We are collector, importer, wholesaler and retailer of traditional nepali handmade Lokta paper and paper products. We have the vision to meet the Lokta demands of north American consumers by sustainably utilizing Lokta shrub, to follow the principle and practice of fair trade, to provide the underprivileged with a source of income they desperately need, to promote tibetan/ himalayan culture and to preserve traditional craft of Nepal that extends back more than thousand years.
