Certain classes have access to charm spells, but every class has a charm restriction. For instance, Hunters can only charm animals and insects. Please refer to your class’s spell list to see which types you can charm. Charms last forever, or until you die, zone or log out. Most classes can Charm monsters up to 88% of their level (Mentalists). Some can only charm up to 75% (Hunters).
