A. Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults. Until recently, the course was known as the Cambridge-RSA CELTA, but the RSA (Royal Society of Arts) is now involved in other types of examinations within UCLES . The course requirements and contents have been modified to some extent. UCLES (University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate) is the actual awarding body, not LR.
