What is an Activity Report?
It is a form that needs to be filled out after each activity and sent into your RAVEN or BIRCH coordinator at RurAL CAP so they can document your projects. We want to track how much you accomplish throughout the year. To best do this, we need your help in counting participants and volunteers at each event you host. Every month we add these up and keep a running tally showing your success!
