Some packs, such as Service Pack 2 for Windows XP, introduces Microsoft´s new features, which may include a personal firewall. Sometimes Windows Firewall will avoid the Widget by Air France from accessing the Internet to check for new contents. To restore its permissions, follow these steps: o From the Windows [Start] button, choose “Control Panel” (or “Settings > Control Panel if using the “Classic Start Menu”). o Click the icon named “Security Center”. o In the resulting window, click the “Windows Firewall” link. o The Windows Firewall settings panel will appear. From here choose the “Exceptions” tab. o Click on the “Add Program…” o In the given list, find the Widget by Air France application, highlight it and click “OK” o Ok once again and close the Security Center and close Control Panel.
