We hope you are talking about our sausage. If you have pre-cooked or smoked sausage, we suggest placing it on direct heat – hot barbecue, griddle or frying pan. Brown on both sides (should be firm to touch) and serve. If the sausage is frozen, you can defrost by leaving it in water for 15 -30 minutes or even in the microwave for a very short period of time – maybe 1-2 minutes on medium heat. The idea is to get the casing crisp and brown before serving. If you have raw sausage, you should bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Then, place on direct till brown on both sides. Do not overcook. We do not suggest piercing the skin or slicing sausage while cooking since that let’s out the delectable juices within.
