Blacklists are lists that are created by the system to prevent fraud. If a user doesn’t want to be bothered by this service any longer, he can send an email to our friendly support: support@collectsms.co.uk and our team will put him on our blacklist so he won’t be bothered with more notifications. His MSISDN (Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network Number) will be added to a blacklist. If someone tries to send a collect SMS to this user, he will get a notification, that this user blocked this service.
