Cant we leave one mountaintop natural?
The Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas are blessed with countless mountains and large hills, virtually all of which remain completely natural. The Appalachian Trail, Explore Park, Blue Ridge Parkway and two National Forests (with 1.5 million acres) are all in our backyard. The Roanoke Valley region boasts an enormous reserve of natural, unspoiled spaces, parks, greenways, and trails. There is virtually unlimited green space around us.
