What is an AER?
An AER (Academic Evaluation Report) is the academic performance summary and evaluation of your leadership skills, contributions to group work, oral and written communication skills, and potential for future schooling/training and positions. You will be evaluated by your squad trainer and branch mentor throughout the course.
