LSU supports connectivity to all e-mail clients on Windows, Linux, and MacIntosh platforms. We recommend Outlook 2003 for the Windows environment. The Help Desk will provide support for Outlook, Entourage, Eudora, and Thunderbird. Employees may choose to use whichever e-mail client they desire; however, we encourage you to coordinate your e-mail client installation and configuration with your departmental computing support staff. How do I schedule my department’s e-mail migration? We are working closely with the LSU departmental technology support partners to coordinate the rollout of the new e-mail service for each LSU department.
