All New York State agencies can donate to CREATE through Office of General Services (OGS) Bureau of Surplus Personal Property Disposition and according to OGS Regulations. Please contact Terry Flynn at 518-457-6335 for further information. Non-state agency donors, all private business enterprises, or private citizens are free to offer computer equipment for donation.
