Is there a townwide leaf pick-up?
The Town of Salina contracts with Waste Management to pick up yard waste including leaves left in open containers from March 15th to December 15th. Beginning around the first week in November, the Highway Department picks up leaves raked to the edge of the road, they continue until the winter weather begins at which time they turn their attention to plowing.
