What is my premium and copay?

Using your UnitedHealth Rx coverage is easy. Once you’ve joined the plan, you’ll pay a monthly premium for your coverage. In order to determine your monthly premium, go to View plans and pricing. When you fill a prescription, just show your ID card to the pharmacist. Each time you fill a prescription, you’ll be responsible for paying a copay, also called a copayment or coinsurance .(once your deductible is met, if applicable). The coverage gap begins after you and the plan together have spent $2,700 in total drug costs. At this point, you will be responsible for paying 100% of the plan’s discounted drug costs for your prescriptions until you reach $4,350 in True Out-of-Pocket (TrOOP) costs.
