The Boots give a unit an extra two movement spaces (this is permanent; there is no way to remove the Boots when equipped). 16. Why do they call Titania bad? She rocks! Titania is the known Jeigan of this game. Jeigan was a character in a previous FE (I believe in FE1, but I may be wrong) who came early on as a great high-leveled character, but, as mentioned before, higher leveled characters earn less experience from enemies than do lower leveled characters. Titania, being already promoted, is no exception.
