You can now purchase a voucher from any PayPoint outlet in the UK. Click Here to print out help for your retailer incase of any uncertainty. Your printed receipt will have a 13 digit number which can be used immediately for PTCLdirect. To continue using the service with this PIN once your credit has expired, you can log-on to your account using the first 8 digits as your account number with the remaining 5 digits as your password. Click ‘Top-Up’ in the green menu bar, here you can redeem another voucher. Vouchers can also be redeemed against your account using the telephone prompts when dialing the access number.
