What is the warranty on Pro-tec helmets?
Pro-Tec helmets are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and does not apply if damages are caused through abuse, negligence, improper repairs, inadequate fit, modifications and alterations or if used other than the manner intended. Pro-Tec makes no other express warranties or guarantees. Any warranties implied by law shall be limited to ninety (90) days in duration. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Pro-Tec shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
