Life guarding training is required for anyone who wants to be a lifeguard. Class training consists of Professional Rescue, First Aid, CPR training, Difibulator training, Fitness requirements, Course Test (note: if pass the course, does not guarantee a job). W.S.I. – instructor techniques, teaching, learn skill level of 1-7 that you teach. Water Safety Instructor (W.S.I.) – (only take if want to teach swimming lessons (not a requirement of a Life guarding job).
