What′s the reporting format for 800 PBX?
800 PBX provides all the related information of the call such as caller id, caller name (if available, duration of the call, extension reached and the number where the call was answered). Detailed call analysis graphs showing number of calls for each extension and the disposition (voicemail, answered, hung up) for the past 12 months are available in the control panel.
