Are there gradings in SEPS Self Defense?
There are gradings in SEPS though we don’t wear belts and it’s not the focus of what we teach. Our intention is to turn out individuals who are capable of defending themselves in a real life street encounter not individuals who can demonstrate a multitude of techniques. Gradings are optional and there is no pressure on any individual to take them.
