Instagram blocks mental health hashtags
I’m so angry right now. I just discovered this even if this started in march. Basically most of the mental health hashtags like anxiety, depression or even mental health are shadow banned from instagram. Even schizophrenia. Just because you don’t want to see the problem it doesn’t mean it dissapears. I’m so frustrated with this.
Most of my drawings are about mental health awarness because I find that the more we talk about it the less stigma and misunderstanding there is therefore less ignorance. People feel less because they suffer serius illnesses and this makes me feel even worse. Like I should be hiding or something because “we are not suppose to talk about this” ” it’s too sensitive”.
What do you think about it?
I’m so angry that most of my drawings will now be invisible and I will never be able to talk about my mental health freely because they are starting to block it.
Hiding a problem does not mean that you solve it. I guess they block it due to the complaints of other users, people don’t like to see disturbing content, or you can simply use instagram video download, I think we should stay social on social networks

I shared a photo with an invalid kid and boosted it but then they blocked it. They just hate it.
