
How to get rid of wrinkles?
Many people think that they will see the wrinkles only if they get old. But they are wrong, you may see young people with wrinkles and the reason of that is the bad lifestyle they have, the type of food they eat, smoking, and exposure to sun without sun block.
Today I will tell you some tips to get rid of these wrinkles and look to the mirror without having fear of seeing some wrinkles around your eyes.
How to prevent wrinkles?

1- Exercise
Running for about 30 min every day will decrease the risk of have hypertension by 32%, to have diabetes by 26% and to have early wrinkles by 43% so quit smoking and start to do some exercise in the morning and save your money that you will pay for medication in the future.
2- Balanced diet
What is the hyaluronic acid?
Did you ask yourself what provide elasticity and flexibility to your skin? well Hyaluronic acid do that to your skin, eyes sockets, and joints too. Your body produces Hyaluronic acid and it’s located in most every cell of your body and in high concentration in skin, joints, eyes, gums, and hair follicles. So make sure that your diet include high in hyaluronic acid such as leafy greens, root vegetables and soy products contain it, while homemade broths made from animal bones, skin and connective tissues are even better sources

3- Use sunscreen
Choose the right sunscreen for you, there is two type of rays the UVB and the UVA, A few years ago, choosing a good sunscreen meant you just looked for a high sun protection factor (SPF) — which rates how well the sunscreen protects against one type of cancer-causing UV ray, ultraviolet B (UVB.) “SPF refers to blockage of UVB rays only”
Research soon showed that ultraviolet A rays (UVA) also increase skin cancer risk While UVA rays don’t cause sunburn, they penetrate deeply into skin and cause wrinkles. When you buy one look for a sunscreen that contains at least one of the following: ecamsule, avobenzone, oxybenzone, titanium dioxide, sulisobenzone, or zinc oxide. Any of those should do the trick.
4- Get enough sleep
Have a good nap in the evenings. This is proven to help keep those lines away. Although resting your face on the pillow the same way every night for years on end leads to wrinkles. So it’s better to sleep in your back to prevent the pressure in your face, or you can buy Bamboo memory pillow it help you to prevent the pressure in your face.
5- DO not wash your face frequently
Washing your face twice a day would do more than good to prevent them. If you wash your face frequently, all your natural oils will be stripped out. And the lines may begin
6- Use homemade mask
There are a lot of masks that you can prepare home, you can use the banana mask, mash up a medium-sized ripe banana into a smooth paste, then gently applies it to your face and neck. Let it set for 10 to 20 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water. Another popular mask recipe calls for 1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey and 1 medium banana.
Olive oil massage your face and neck with few drops of olive oil for 20 minutes do not apply daily two times a week is enough. The favorite one for me which I called ” The magic mask” you need to mash two piece of almond, two tablespoons of yogurt, one tablespoon of honey and three tablespoon of oat bran, mix all together. Gently spread the mixture over your face and neck leave it on for about 20 minutes. Then wipe it off and rinse with warm water. Use this three times a week.
7- Avoid stress
Cortisol (the stress hormone) degrades collagen which is responsible for giving your skin elastic and flexibility. So you have to decrease the level of cortisol by more exercise, restful sleep and frequent sex
